    eggs

    hi im having 4 eggs (raw in the morning 1 yolk),then im having 5-6 at night is that too much eggs? or am i ok my stats are 175lbs,5ft11

    Try to avoid eating them raw. Even though they are pasturized they may get you sick.

    You will know when your eating too many when you start getting digestive problems. My threshold is 12 whites/day after that I am one stinkin bastard.

    if ur going to consume eggs raw make sure u consume the yolk as well. but in most cases you want to cook them.. thus incrasin BA and giving u more bang for ur buck (figurelatively speaking in protein terms) but yes raw is great kuz u get a few aminos that are usually denatured during cooking.

    2ndly, the reason for consuming the yolk is that it contains approx 25mcg of biotin. biotin? who cares bout that shit.. well whites have a HUGE binding affinity to biotin thus this is a protective measure for eggs while in the wild since this high binding affinity will take the biotin outta parasites/bugs/anythin that kan penetrate the shell and try to get to the yolk. By taking away the biotin the micro'organism is rendered FUBARd. So by consuming the yolk w/ the white u can offset the possible onset of a neat case of biotin deficiency.. in some cases i read a biotin def. can fux up ur motory skillls and make it hard to lift.

    thankx tai,but 1 thing is that 1 day i was 12,5 (stone) and 2 days later i was 12,7 would that be fat those 2 pounds?

    That isn't very many eggs (not considering the raw factor). I cook mine, but have at least 6-7 for breakfast every single day. I would have more, but i hate separating the yolk, and it gets a little expensive where I get mine. I used to be able to get a dozen extra large eggs for 69 cents.

    EDIT: if u gained 2lbs of FAT that means u consumed an EXCESS OF 7,200 kCals .. yeah GOOD LUCK W/ THAT!

    Yeah dude eat your eggs up. At school whites are the only thing I can trust from the cafeteria so I consume around 40-50 a day about 12 whites in each meal. They dont taste too bad in a salad and they fill you up.
