Thats tough to put a number on. Reason being, it depends on a lot of factors including your metabolism, your activity level, your other meals, what kind of carbs your consuming, etc.
What meal of the day in particular are you referring to?
Im planning on bulking until the end of the year. Im thinking about adding the carbs to my 2nd and 3rd meals. Then I usually have a pro/fat meal before i hit the gym. As of right now I get 56g of carbs in the meals I plan to add to.
I don't see the need for any more carbs per meal than that. I'd focus on other macros.
