Cottage cheese question
Hi. I eat quite a lot of fat free cottage cheese. I used to buy 250grams of bio-natural cottage cheese for £1.07p untill I noticed another kind. It is just called natural cottage cheese, by the same brand, identicle ingredience and identicle nutritional value. The only two differens are one says BIO natural and the other just natural. and the bio is £1.07p and the natural is £0.52p what is the actual difference? will the bio be any better for a body builder?
Thanks for reading.
