    My diet and running

I have come up with a bulking diet but have run into a question. I have to start running in order to condition for a police test. Should I make any adjustments to my diet to reflect a high intensity cardio session? I really dont wanna wither away to nothing after I worked so hard to put on muscle.

    7am:6egg whites 1 cup oatmeal 1scoop protein

930am:8 oz chicken breast 1tablespoon EFA

noon: 1.5cans tuna 2tablespoon low fat mayo salad

3pm:8oz ground turkey 1 tables spoon EFA

530pm:2 scoop protein 2 tablespoon natty peanut butter

    630 /7pm: workout

    830pm: PWO 2scoop protein 80g carbo gain

1030pm:PPWO 8oz chicken 1 cup whole grain pasta

    Thanks for any feed back

The only thing you can really do to try and maintain your muscle is to take glutamine before your cardio sessions, mid afternoon, and before bed. Also keep your protein intake very high. But taking glutamine and other BCAAs still doesn't guarentee you will keep all of your mucle.

It would be much easier to critique your diet once we know what your goals are and what your training for. Stats would help also.
    Read his post carefully.

I'd at least acknowledge those who have attempted to help you.
