    1 cup of green tea daily

    If I were to drink a cup of green tea a day for breakfast (sweetened with some splenda), would that be beneficial and help me with my immune system and overall health? What about metabolism and fat loss?

    I'm talking about only 1 cup a day.

    The green tea I drink per cup (1 tea bag) has:

    1.3 g of green tea
    13.7 mg of Vitamin C
    350 mg of echinacea

    So by drinking 1 cup (1 tea bag) every day for breakfast I should help my immune system and general health?

    i have about 3 cups a day. its great for overall well-being

    I can't afford to buy enough for 3 cups a day (tight budget). Would drinking 1 cup a day help or should I not even bother?
