    Sushi...Can I?

Do any of you work that into your diets....can it be done...especialy on a cutting diet? I dont think so cause of the carbs wih the rice in the rolls and the pieces sushi. Just wondering I would think the sashimi pieces would be no problem. If you can do it in a cutting diet take a look at mine http://forums.anabolicreview.com/sho...d.php?t=121867 and tell me where/when can I eat it.

    Thanks

Sushi usually has quite a bit of fat in it, and coupled w/the white rice, watch out.

Not for cutting, no. A cheat meal, yes.

All right sounds good I'll do that then for a cheat meal. Also I do know that alot of the other fish are faty but what about just tuna sashimi? Instead of my 2 cans of tuna how about tuna sashimi?
    Thanks Bro

If it's just a lean white fish or something similar and white rice, yeah.

I often use sushi in my post workout meals now. Just make sure, like swole said, you get a fish that is white and lean, not salmon, etc.

Dragon rolls, etc. have differen't sauces added to them, and are not lean cuts of fish, so they aren't the best in the world. Stick to simple sushi with white fish, with no sauces.... i love the wasabi mixed with a little soy sauce though, gives sh*t a nice bite!
