Changed my breakfast (a little worried)

Usually I have for breakfast 1/2 cup of oatmeal with splenda and cinnamon, 5 egg whites, and a cup of green tea with some splenda.

Well seeing that I am cutting and I don't get a chance to do cardio in the morning, I was thinking of dropping the oatmeal and making this a pro/fat meal by just having 5 hardboiled eggs (3 whole, 2 whites).

My only concern is that by removing my morning carbs I won't have enough energy to get me through the day?

Am I worrying for nothing?

you'll have energy after a day or two, after your body goes into ketosis and starts running on fat. that where it sounds like your headed.

You can keep them or swap them. In the overall big picture, it really won't make a diff.

Hey swole I revised my diet again how does it look?

isnt going into ketosis bad for cutting since where trying to keep as much muscle possible while dieting? i read in arnolds book that ketosis is BAD news, any truth to it?

Who said anything about ketosis?? :scratch:

Besides, ketosis is a state one enters in a ketogenic diet, and this is not even close. Keto diest are also aimed at sparing lean mass, so I'm not sure what "Arnold's" book aims to accomplish.
