    Talking Frogs Legs!!!

    HAHAHAHA!!!

Sorry guys, I cant help laughing my assss off. I was searching around for some details on glycemic index ratings of certain foods, and I got a link to AST (supplement company) where they have a page with lotsa food with their nutritional info and GI. and my eyes I thought deceived me but alas, on their list is:

    Frog Legs, raw 3.5 oz., 100 grams 73% water 16g protein 0 carb 0 fat 0 GI

on another note. anyone know how to predict the GI of foods by looking at their ingredients?

Frog Legs are not that uncommon to eat in Louisiana. They are usually fried though.

    Hey Neo !

Bro, Gator tastes similar to chicken, a little tougher though. Very good grilled with a dash of Mrs. Dash and some BBQ sauce on it. Cooks quickly too. I still can't find any nutritional info on Gator, but I think it is in line with other kinds of meats, fairly high level of protein and I believe a low level of fat. Probably a good choice for a bodybuilder
