    Makes no fundamental sense whatsoever.

You should be in/out of the gym in about 45 mins. Any more than that, and your hormone levels begin to plummet, cortisol rises, and you cut into your recovery time.

    What?

Don't tell me you are doing something like biceps a.m. and triceps p.m.???

Oh my, just get them done @ once!!!

Two-a-day's are insane, unless you are a pro on 5 grams of gear and gh/slin/igf1/etc.

Well, first off I'd never train such small bodyparts by themselves, that's just not something I do.

However, if I were to do bi's/tri's like I should, w/no talking or f'ing around, I'm out of there is 40 mins or less, EASY!!!!!

If you are in there longer than that for merely arms, you are either grossly over-training or pussy-footing around.
