    Cutting cycle session

I just purchase a jug of MEGA MRP Pro Performance, i was wondering can i use it for my pro shake meal (pro intake). The only thing im worried about is that i contains creatine and im not sure if thats good to consume while cutting. It has 56gs of Pro and contains vitamins too.

    I found it:

    Amount Per Serving
    Calories 280

    Saturated Fat 1.5g 8%
    Cholesterol 90mg 30%
    Sodium 200mg 8%
    Potassium 900mg 25%
    Total Carbohydrate 22g 7%

    Sugars 4g
    Protein 40g
    Vitamin A 25%

    Selenium 25%
    Copper 25%
    Manganese 25%

I suggest another MRP, especially since you're cutting. there are too many carbs. SAN Infusion is a great MRP and I've been using it for a while.

Whoa thanks man.... I do alot of cardio in the morning and I was thinking maybe that can burn off the extra carbs consumed from the Mrp shake. Not to mention the GNC near me ran out of 100 % whey so ....

You may be able to burn off "extra" carbs, but you'll be doing that instead of burning stored fat. Not much in the progress dep't there.

order some whey there are so many places you can get it from:

    www.allsportsnutrtion.com
    www.allthewhey.com
    www.fitsite.com
    www.1fast400.com

    the list goes on

Also, don't get sucked into buying protein with vitamins/minerals in it.. you should be taking a multi vitamin ED anyways.
