grams of fat..
assuming i'm taking in about 4k cal or so a day, about 400-500 pro, and 500 carbs, how many grams of fat should be be gettin to keep everything balenced?

400-500g of protein. That is vaguely specific. It is like saying, "I bench 300-400 pounds???" Most would agree that is a significant difference.
1g CHO = 4 kcal
1g Pro = 4 kcal
1g Fat = 9 kcal
That should give you the answer!
