    Let me see your diet during a cycle!!

    I have mine, and would like to compare..

    What's ur's look like?

    Basically i am like 185 @ 5'9 going on a 500 week test e cycle for 10 weeks

    Let me see em boys!

    EDIT** Don't mind SC,and my conversations..

    BTW here is my "*DIET*"

    Meal-1) 10 egg whites
    1/2 cup of oatmeal (no milk)
    water

    Meal-2) 1 can tuna
    salad with fat-free,low-sugar dressing
    1 med. baked potato
    water

    Meal-3) 8oz. skinless chicken breast
    1/2 cup Success brown rice
    1 cup of veggies
    water

    Meal-4) 1 can tuna
    salad (same as above)
    water

    Meal-5) 8oz.skinless chicken breast
    water

    Meal-6) Whey protein drink with 2 tbsp.olive oil

    too tired to type, i eat 4000-4500 calories a day though, 3300-3500 are clean. oh yeah cheat days, id imagine i get around 10k, sat me and a buddy finished a whole pizza each, then had a large brownie batter blizard 1hr later....gained 27 lbs so far, havn't noticed any fat gains, maybe 4-5 lbs, 9wks, gota be doin somthin right...oh yeah i used the bulking sticky and just added on form there. thats alot for not wanting to type...

    Get a grip, I've done nothing wrong.. And for you to assume things so quick, is very immature.. Not once did I say I WANTED SOMEONE ELSE'S diet.. Did I??
    You assumed this, because maybe the rookies of the board, or other people do this. I have been lurking on this board since the beginning.

    You wanna know the truth, I am pretty happy with my diet now, I know what I need to ADD to it when I do my Cycle.. I was looking to see the variance between everyone's diet. To see what worked for one person, and what work's for another person..

    IT WAS A POST, A QUESTION.. Stop assuming!!!

    I understand that brutha. I just simply said you should post your approach here so others will be more inclinded to post their's as well. It's common knowledge here that when one says "let's see em" w/out posting his/her own layout to compare, that he/she is looking for freebies. In an attempt for you to actually receive help, it was advised you put your plan of attack here, which you finally did, so that's good.

    In regards to banning, anytime you mouth off to respected members/Vets/Mods/etc. after simplistic requests are submitted, it's always a possibility if it continues. Some choose to let it continue, others buck-up and get on point, and continue. I do hope you find answers to your questions though, that is what this forum is about.
