too much protein at night will be stored as fat...that i know, but then again, you need some protein so your body can recover while you're sleeping....but, then again, the fat that it's stored at won't be that noticeable....

Excess protein can be stored as fat but if you are on a low carb diet your body has to use something for energy and it will use some of this protein.I think what you are doing is OK

i'd be very interested to hear what you are eating that gives you 300mg pf protein in a day. THAT IS A TON!!! Completely unnecessary unless you are 250lbs and juicing, even then that would be a lot. Where is all that protein coming from???

I have a gram of protein per pound i weigh 217 i have about 215 or 220 .......is that a good amount of protein i only eat about 50 carbs,,,,,,,,,,20 grams of fat .......and its very easy to eat 300 grams of protein. alot of protein powders have like 45 or 50 grams per 2 scoops and plus milk is another 8 have 1 shake at breakfast, replace a meal with another one after workout and one before bed thats about 200 or it can even be up to 225 grams of protein.....and its easy to eat the other 100 or 75 just eat chicken and tuna or steak and you can get 300 easily lol but i doubt all that protein makes you do this

Billy boy as always you are correct with the energy. Remember you body stores something that is can't use at the moment for fuel, therefore if you eat protein and your body needs it as fuel, it will use it instead of storing it.
