can you stored cooked chicken?
im going to follow the sticky cutting one,so i will need lots of lean protein,i will be buying in bulk do you buy packs of fresh chicken breast?if so can you cook them all then freeze them and defrost them before you eat them.
or do you buy the froozen gear and cook it i day before?

Yes you can put it in the fridge for 5-7 days or you can freeze it.

That's right. Cook up a ton then just freeze, defrost, heat and serve.

in regards to eating lean protein is that what you would buy to follow the cutting sticky ,i know its not the only thing i can use ,ps i dont normally do the shopping thats why im asking.

Grocery stores usually have some kind of sale on them, if not go to sams club and get bulk. Deboned are easier for obvious reasons. But if you get the boned ones (huh huh huh) it goes pretty fast with a good sharp knife.
