Fo me to start learning about cutting
Ive spent the better part of my life in the gym learning about different lifting techniques for growth and size purely to get as big as I can...now in 3 months my cycle will be over and after talking with some of my closest friends on here ive decided to cut and try to maintain as much muscle as I can in the process. I will be asking alot of questions but I need to know where to start. I look forward to spending alot of time in the diet section to learn all that I can so that when the time to cut is upon me..I wont have the "deer stuck in the headlights look" I'd really like to see what I look like underneath this layer of extra padding..thanks in advance for your help :)
