    Which of these two flax oils should I buy?

    So i am tired of eating flax seeds and want to switch to the oil. There are two types at the local health store. "flax oil" and "flax oil ligan" the seeds which I buy already crushed and air sealed have the ligans, the omega-3 efa and some protein. Would I be cheating myself by switching to one of these oils? should I just stick to eating nasty flax seeds or do both of these oils contain the ligans and the omega-3 efa? or am i just lost completely? its getting late and im tired so i hope i make sense.

    That is a good oil too.

    Almonds and macadamias are the nuts that I utilize.
