Carb sensitive
If im carb sensitive, should my diet differ from the "UNoffical How to Bulk thread and sample diet" sticky? Such as, maybe having more pro/fat meals? I dont know much about this so im just asking.
Also Is there any good books I can read so I can increase my knowledge on this stuff?Last edited by mcvays1; 09-20-2004 at 02:02 AM.

if your carb sensitive then you may want your only carb meals to be meal one, pwo and ppwo

Decreasing your carbs too much can actually decrease insulin sensitivity. So I would keep your carbs at the very least 45% of your total cals and focus on eating them at the right times like DalCowbag suggested.
