late night protein shake how much
whey absorbs quickly to get the most benefit out of this midnight meal would more than 1 scope be a waste, even during bulking, or can we do more
just not looking to add any extra fat i need to lose later.

Add 1-2 tbsp of flax to your shake and that will slow the absorbtion of the protein into your system.
I use roughly 54g protein and 1 tbsp flax...

A good source of casein is No Fat Cottage Cheese.
A little bitter but sacrifices must be made.
