    Milk with Miccelean?

I recently bought the vpx Miccelean protein. I plan on drinking it before bed. It says on the label to use water in it. It doesn't say anything about milk. I plan on using the Hood carb control non fat dairy beverage with it (contains 12 g of protein, 3 g of carbs, and 0 g of fat per serving along with a tbsp of flax.

Is it ok if I use this "dairy beverage" with the Miccelean shake before bed?

Because milk is loaded with sugar and fat that you don't need.

I much prefer all my shakes with milk but the vpx micellean actually tastes pretty good with water. I use slightly less water than they recommend and mix it with a hand blender, by lifting the hand blender partially out of the shake while blending it sucks some air into it and gives it a bit more 'body'.

Aggression, are you able to handle taking in an entire packet of that stuff? I remember the mrp's would tear my stomach up if i used more than 1/2 of it in a serving...

Well I have been taking 2 scoops of the Miccelean with 12 oz of the fat free Hood carb countdown dairy beverage and 1 tbsp of flax at bedtime.

I hope it shows some good results.

Ohhh well fat free carb countdown is a different story. I thought you meant like 1% or 2% regular milk. The fat free/low carb milk won't really hurt you but its just extra calories that you don't necesarily use.

Well it's only 70 calories per serving and I use about 1 1/2 servings per shake, so 105 calories aint THAT bad. But I see what you mean though.
