Two questions

I bought some creatine today, but when I looked at the lable it had 23 grams of sugar in it. Im not sure if all creatine has this or what, but is this okay?
Also is diet soda okay during bulking?

sounds like cell-tech or cell-tech like product. . .crap. the sugars do nothing for you and its overpriced. www.allsportsnutrion.com . . .get the cheapest creatine you can find, its all the same

Yeah or give swolev.2 or v12 fuel injection a try, both good products. Theres also betagen, juven etc.. ditch that stuff though for sure.

Diet soda is fine even on cutting diets

Ugh, not to contradict, but if your creatine product is using dextrose for it's sugar, it is perfectly fine for your PWO. Anything further regarding PWO, consult the sticky.

well its called "Creatine plus" made by the company EAS. I guess Walmart isnt the best place to buy your supplements...

Walmart sucks for supps. So does gnc (not capitalized out of disrespect) they raise prices 200% and usualy the workers dont know ****. They dont even offer complimentary KY with thier products. Best bet is to talk to a privately owned local diet/nutrition store then go online. Im one for paying as little as possible. Internet is waaaaaaaaaay cheaper and better selections.

EAS is a good supplement company so getting it at walmart is cheap....GNC is a ripoff so dont bother....creatine with sugar is fine for Post workout and Im contest dieting and drink diet soda so dont worry bout that either.

Ok well your suppose to take creatine everyday(as my understanding) so its ok to take this dextrose on non workout days, or would it just be better if i bought some "non dextrose" creatine.
