im in o lifting
i rely only on shakes , vitamins and food
well i would like to know what vitamins or supplements may help me...
actually im taking, zinc, magnesium, potassium, calcium, glucosamine, multivitamin, vitamin E, and aspirin.....is there something i can add in the list to increase my perf?? also i take creatine with my shake...
