    Weight gained in a week

    1.If I gain more than 1 pound a week should I cut back a little on calories?

    2.Also about how much of the weight gained should be muscle?

    1lb is a good ratio. You're okay. Adding 1lb of muscle a week is kinda hard. But it's a very good rate to grow while keeping fat a minimum.

    NOT REALLY. YOU ALSO HAVE TO FACTOR IN WATER WEIGHT, WHAT METHOD YOU ARE USING TO "ACCURATELY" WEIGH YOURSELF, ETC.

    ALL OF IT YOU WOULD HOPE, UNLESS YOU ADD TOO FAST AND ADD FAT.

    just keep checking your body fat...if dont properly your fat should stay close to the same week after week and only go up a small amount total.
