    Jumping Rope For Cardio

I was at my gym at work the other day and i was looking around between sets in the Aerobic/Karate room and saw some skipping rope. So in between sets i would jump rope (if you think your in shape try this its a sad reminder that you may not be) and i was wondering if its too intense of a cardio session to be doing because i remember Swole saying all you need to do is a steady cardio rountine and you will lose fat. Correct me if i'm wrong on this one.....
    Thanks In Advance

Jumping rope for lipolyptic cardio is not a good idea.

Jumping rope in between SETS of a workout, is an even worse idea.

There is a time/place for each activity. Needless to say, this is not it.

Thanks for the reply i guess i should just stick to my cardio which is walking on the treadmill at a slight incline for 30 minutes after my workout. I guess low intensity is the way to go.

Far better to seperate aerobics from anaerobic activity.
