Buy a lunch box and carry it with you everywhere you go, i also go to school and it sits right beside me, when my meal time comes, i get up in the middle of class and go warm my meal up.
As far as a better meal before bed:
Protein shake w/1-2 tbsp flax
Have some oats for breakfast and if you want, throw them into your pro shake ( i do and it makes them easier to get down). Buy up tons of tuna, i just went a bought 10 more cans.
We all make sacrifices in some way or another, just do your best.
