sup guys well i got a question for you all.........as of right now my only carbs that i take in are my 2 post workout meals 50 dex/ and then 30-40 brown rice.........on non lifting days i dont take any in.........i was wondering how low my carbs will go or how should i cut my carbs when it comes time to carb deplete for the show?......also i was wondering why some people say to take in a fat/pro meal after my a.m. cardio? isnt that suppose to be a pro/carb meal? what would be better? i was told that my carb intake is to low but without the carb/pro meal after cardio in the a.m. its gonna be that low.

You can have some 100% rolled oats for your am pro/carb meal.
I have some on cardio days, i put them in my pro shake as it mkaes them easier to get down and does'nt taste to bad actually.
Otherwise i only have 2 pro/carbs a day as well, PWO & PPWO
