assuming this is a bulking diet, i'd suggest these:
10am, ditch the banana and add some fats
    3pm, add some fats
PWO, add dex to the shake 2:1 - dex:whey
10pm, not sure on the creamed rice, stick with brown rice

for your nuts, make sure they're not salted. are you taking any gear too?

lots of work needed on this diet bro.only 1 meal is probably any good and that is your first one.IMO forget the gear bro and get your diet sorted.

Seriously, what the hell are you taking gear for when it is obvious you know jack about your diet? Where are your EFA's? Your PWO is terrible as well. Ypu need a pro/carb for PWO not just a pro

God, why do people jump ahead and not research? I will never figure that one out. You just wasted some good gear if you ask me, your results will suffer tremendously.

DIET IS 98% what makes you succesful or a failure.

It looks fine, but I never was a fan of the shake before bed w/oil, seeing as you've had two "larger than normal" recovery meals so close to bed anyhow. Plenty of nutrients circulating already w/solid food in the system, scrap that offering and add it's components to the other similar meals earlier in the day.

Of course, all of the above won't mean jack if your actual numbers are off.

thanks for reply sc im starting to understand the importance of which foods to take and at what part of the day(its simple when you look at the sticky and look and look and look again)
when you mean the numbers not adding up i take it you mean grams of protein, fats etc?
