I'm with you diesel, just mix it with yogart, add some celery, onion, and relesh, and just eat it out of the bowl. It's a cheap, high protein meal.

I like to start with the head, then the body, then I finish with the tail. What, is there some other way?

Personally I buy the store bought tuna salad they call it. Ain't much of a tuna salad. Comes with about 6 meesly crackers, pickle relish, mayo (which I chunk), wooden spoon and a container of tuna. I mix all that up minus the Mayo, put some mustard in there and get to chompin. that is the only way I can eat tuna, with mustard and sweet pickle relish, and crackers. But it is good once you aquire a taste for it.
Grilled talopia oh my gosh to die for.. course you can't get that in a can, but resturants serve it down here like it is going out of style especially for "fridays during Lent"

I love to eat tuna with mayo and hot sauce but its too damn fattening. How does fat free taste, cause I'll eat that cause I'm tired of the plain shit or with salad.

I have tried mine with bar-b-que sauce, an idea that I picked up here at AR. It really is pretty good.
There are alot of caseroules that you can fix with tuna fish that are just as good however they may contain a little more fat than you wish to take in.

Most of the time I just open the can and eat it as fast as I can. I'm actually starting to get use to the taste... When I have more time its salad dressing, lettuce, lil bit of tomato and celery.

There is absolutely nothing you can do to tuna to make it taste better…and you know what sucks, they can genetically clone sheep and yet they can’t make tune taste like chocolate…WTF…

Damn, at night I dont wanna waist time cooking. I eat it right out of the can. Zoom, gone in 60 seconds. For lunch I'll make it with wheat bread, nothing else. The way I look at it, its a lot easier eating then lifting.

right out of the can. if you don't like the normal chunk light tuna, try the albacore solid white. There is a big taste difference. Worth the price.
