    Bulking look right?

I followed the bulking sticky pretty close. Been doing this diet for about 4 weeks. I'm 5'9 208lbs. I started at 200lbs I think some of the weight gain is because I started taking creatine. My goal is to keep bulking until febuary, I want to gain some good size be up in the 240-250lbs range. After that I plan to adjust down into a cutting diet.

    #1) 6 egg whites,3oz chicken,1cup oatmeal
    #2) 1.5 cans tuna+MAYO
    #3) 5oz chicken,veg+EFA (olive)
    #4) 5oz chicken, veg +EFA(Udo's or flax)
    #5) 1.5 cans tuna, 1 cup Oatmeal
    Workout
    #6) PWO 2scp pro 2scp dextrose
    #7) 5oz chicken, 1.5 cups brown rice
    #8) 6oz ground beef (uncooked)
    #9) 1scp whey 1scp Mic. casein 2tbspn Adams pb

Good luck bro, hope you can achieve your goal. 40lbs in 5 months won't be easy, unless you down Whoppers all day. Muscle comes slow, remember that bro.....well for most of us anyways.

    40 lbs. in 5 months?

Needless to say it won't be LEAN MASS.

Pro's don't even put on 10 lbs. a YEAR of LEAN mass, and they have all their "ancillaries".

Try to attain lean mass during your endeavor, not fat (__!__) as it'll make cutting a whole lot easier/more productive as far as KEEPING what you have gained, later on down the road.
