macronutrient breakdown
with regards to cutting diets, I posted my diet a while ago, and all went well. But my question is what percentage of you diet should come from fat, protein and carbs. I think I got the carbs down, what about the protein and fat? I got the meals in order but i don't know if i'm taking in too much of something or too little.

That's something that is usually decided by the user based upon carb sensitivity and bodytype.

thanks swole... would I be correct in saying that an ectomorph would require more carbs in the diet as opposed to a endomorph?
