Umm don't have protein and dextrose after cardio...You are having way to many carbs on both lifting and non lifting days. You need to revamp that diet completely. Creatine doesn't count as part of a meal as well..

How is that too many carbs ?? Besides the dex and creatine, I am only having two carb meals per day. One after PWO shake and the other as dinner.
The carbs will only consist of veggies , fruit, and oatmeal , in the diet sticky there are three pro / carb meals excluding shakes and a main point is to make sure you get enough carbs.Last edited by Hugh-Hefner's-Son; 09-30-2004 at 02:46 PM.

When I'm cutting I like to cut all carbs off after 6pm, with the exception of vegetables. Usually that means you gotta get your workout in early enough in the day that you can have your PWO and PPWO meals before 6. It works real good for me

Let me simplify your lists
Protein= lean meat, protein powder, egg whites
Carbs= rice, oats, dex
Fat= flax
You want a successful program only use those sources.

Now, if one were to sit on his/her (__!__) all day and attempt to down carbs like mad at ANY time later in the day, not just after "6", it would be a bad idea. Where this "6" p.m. tall tale stems from, I've no idea, but it's also all relative as to when you go to bed. One person may go to bed at 8, while another goes to bed at midnight.

You've got to remember he's a beginner and he might down a loaf of bread or something an hour before he sleeps. I don't follow it to because its a myth I follow it because its how I got to 5% bf with 3 days of cardio and without ephedra or weightloss supps. Swole of course your ripped, youre in a league of your own man, I'm gonna start tall tales about you... I heard he drinks 40 gallons of water a day, and makes his own protein powder in his bathtub.
