If you cheat on your diet...
Just curious, it was someone's birthday and I had a slice of cake. For future reference.
If you HAVE to cheat, is it better to do before or after lifting? Do you elimate a meal to compensate for the calories? If so, do you eliminate the PPWO or a Pro/Fat? Is there any benefit to adding a tablespoon of FS oil and/or whey powder while your cheating?

well when your cheating your cheating dont try to compensate for it. cheating has its place in a bodybuilders diet. Cheating too often is just bad diet, cheating once a week when your strict is fine.

If you don't cheat you won't last. Hell even Jay Cutler eats a cheesecake.

probably 2 cheesecakes. I know when i cheat i eat probably 5-6 plates stacked full of general tsao's chicken, tangerine beef, egg rolls, sushi, sashimi, etc. etc.....i break 6,000 calories in a meal easy, and do it 3 times in a day )
Thats my cheat when bulking of course!
BTW more on track, you should NEVER eliminate your PWO meal for ANY reason. It is the most important nutrition of the day bro!
