Almonds worse gateway drug than creatine
Does anybody else have a severe problems with almonds/nuts in their diet? I cant just have a handful, I eat the whole ****ing tub. Flax is the way to go it there is no overdoing it on that ****. So any of you just starting a diet (especially cutting) avoid nuts, because they will own you. Just my thought for the night.

I just cant have one...the good thing is Im allergic to nuts (except peanuts) so when I start to eat more than a handful of cashews or almonds my throat starts to swell....its worth it though.

i have an easy solution.
Stop eating your nuts, play with them instead!
in all seriousness though, i just weigh my almonds ahead of time with the digi and bag em in sandwich bags like weed or something!
Then when i need some for pro/fat they are already portioned

I did the baggie thing too when I had a 2.5 hour nite class over the summer. Pack me a shake and sack of nuts and youre good to go.
