my diet, help please!
Well im not from the us so exscuse spelling but i would really like to hear your oppinion of my diet. SInce i dont know what all products name are in enghlish ive tried my best to spimpilfy. Well heres my diet, please comment.
08.00 Oatmeal, 3dl. one banana.
one glass of milk. Dark bread with light cheese.
Water
10.30
Fruit, water
12.00
Rice or pasta, chiken or tuna or shrimps
bread
water
14.30
fruit, oatmeal
milk
1700 after training: protein drink and fruit
18.00 potato, meat or tukey
water
21.00
bread, fruit,
yoghurt
please comment!

What are your goals? Cutting or bulking? Either way you need a new diet.

That's a lot of fruit! I would eliminate a lot of the fruit for fibrous vegetables. Actually, I would eliminate the whole thing and copy someone elses.

really? oh well, my goal is to get bigger, and ive had serious problem in bulking trough out the years, maybe this is the reason?
whos diet should i copy yo think guys?

I'd be surprised if there were 100 g of protein in this diet.... You gotta up the protein! at least 1g per pound of body weight, preferably 1.5-2.
