Question !

I read all the Sticky threads. I think they`re amazing posts. I just set up my diet. I have one question... Im 6`3 208LBs %16 bf. My goal is to be at 220LBs with %10 bf by next summer :D
I am wondering how long should I go with Bulking Diet for and than when to switch to Cutting diet ?

It's impossible for anyone to speculate on how long you'll need to bulk/cut. That is all dependent on YOU actually.

Goals are set....diet is on already, working hard also. So Im guessing when ill be 235lbs and ill still keep my bf at %16 that means I am about 198Lbs muscle. than I should start cutting. If ill get down to 220Lbs at %10 bf = 198LBs muscle. Am I right ? Correct me if im wrong

So true, i am five years into my cutting diet and i expect to see my abs within the next 2-3 years or so....thats my goal..i'm on the ten year plan.
