Muscle loss only happens when your nutritional approach does not meet your body's energy requirements. I've my clients who are cutting doing cardio DAILY, however my nutritional approaches for them negate any lean tissue loss and actually promote lean mass gain/preservation. (Bottom line is that cardio is only catabolic for those who do the wrong kind of cardio for fat loss, and who do not eat correctly the other 23+ hours of the day)
Like I said though, people will differ. I can only comment on the way in which I work with people, as my instruction is not given out of a book to the general population.
Good luck!

IMO the diet looks good. You might want to intergrate some salmon and tuna into your meals. Don't rely on just meats for your protein meals.
As for the cardio, keep it relatively short, but at max intensity, and you will be fine. Strategic cardio will allow you to cut up and gain some muscle mass.
It all lies in the type of cardio you do...
