My diet journal
This time I will keep a journal here on ar about my mini diet. I will do a short one. 8 weeks is the plan. I want to get down to somewhere betwen 8-10% bf and it shouldnt be impossible. have to get my current bf% messure this week.
Morning weight 96,5kg(212ibs)
I will begin at around 2400kcal/day with LOTS of protein, low carb and pretty low fat.
heres what I ate today
tuna shake.
37g protein, 165kcal
40g oatmeal, 8 eggwhites
3g fat, 26g carbs, 33g protein 275kcal
tuna shake with flaxoil and whole flax seeds( I dont count these into kcal and fat cause like 90% passes through without beeing digested and only acts as fibers)
10g fat, 37g protein, 255kcal
chiken with boiled eggs
19g fat, 70g protein 467kcal
apple
18g carbs 72kcal,
chicken with boiled eggs
19g fat, 70g protein 467kcal
apple
18g carbs 72kcal,
tuna shake with flax oil and flax seeds
10g fat, 37g protein, 255kcal
tuna shake with flax oil and flax seeds
10g fat, 37g protein, 255kcal
boiled eggs
11g protein, 9g fat, 131kcal
Daily totals 2340kcal, 78g fat, 69g carbs, 334g protein
Thank god for tuna shakes they will make this diet easier then the last one, cause I get crasy stuffing down drie chicken or acctualy eating tuna
Im gonna be on 20mcg/t-3 this first week then raise with 20mcg every week until Im at around 80-100mcg. Will throw in clen at week 4 and 6 and 8. Gonna take a morning walk(or evening walk the days I workout cause I have to workout in the morning) 6 days a week. The first 2-3 weeks Il take a full cheat day/evening and then drop it down to a cheat meal. Il follow a wsb routine as always when cutting cause I can always gain strenght on it even on low kcal.
The juice I will be running is 250mg susta/eod the entire time, 250mg deca /e4d for 5 more weeks(mostly for my joints cause I get very sore knees when cutting), 20mg nolva/eod, 0.5mg arimidex /eod after the first 2 weeks.
Im gonna se how my weight changes with the diet above(Im gonna eat roughly the same, will post a uppdated diet each week). Will probably drop down to 2000-2200kcal/day very quickly.
So how does my plan sound?

Goal weight is 90kg(200ibs) 12ibs on 8 weeks will be tricky

Is there a seperate forum for progress diaries?
Looks like in the future we'll have a diet board full of diaries.
Diaries are a great motivational tool, but need their own place.

A uppdate. Seems like I picked a realt stupid time to start a diet so Im gonna have to pause it for 2 weeks. Gonna travel around a lot and party like a maniac(I turn 20 in 8 days ). So Il continue after the 6th or 7 november with the diet. I have leaned out decently since I started it already. Got rid of the worst bloat and fatness.
Funny I did a caliper test 2,5 weeks ago and Im only at 12% bf. But still at 12%bf I feel ALOT fatter then when I was at my leanest at 10%

welcome to the horrible downside of high protein diets. Within a short time you will be like us. Craving the next tuna shake like a tweaker needs his speed.
