It is flax seed oil , a source of good fats, and can be used strategically in your protein and fat meals.

Flax seed oil is oil made from flax seeds. Its used in a diet to help add EFA's(essential fatty acids) to your diet easily. You most likely can find it in Europe if not olive oil does the same thing. Its not as much the type of oil that matters, as that it contains good fats (EFAs) without bad fat (saturated fat).
