Diet Help - New workout time...

    Hey Guys,

I have a new schedule and am having trouble putting together a diet for it. I wake up around 9:30AM and hit the gym about 10:30AM-Noon... Work 1-8:30PM.

What should I be eating before the gym. I have my pwo shake at noon and I have the rest down pat. The trouble is the monring meal before workout. Thanks.

either get up earlier and have a proper breakfast or start trainning a bit later.you do not need to train for 1.5 hours.

Yea it's more like an 45 min iron and 30 min cardio... 1:15.

Anyway, I could get up a little earlier... if I got up at 9AM that would give 90 min before workout... what would you guys eat?

Or use the cardio as an active recovery tool to actually help/speed recovery.

cardio is still good while bulking to keep the heart healthy and the fat loss to a minimum anyways.
