Fat before beed
Is it bad to consume a big pro/fat meal before going to beed? Like 200-300 grams of salmon
Would it be better to have a high protein/low fat meal at that time of the day? Like a tuna shake with 10-15grams of oil??

yes I realise a pro/fat meal at that time is a excelent choise. But what Im scared of is that if to much fat is bad at that time of the day. Is it better to place the fatty meals earlier in the day?

dont worry about the time of day, the fat is good to slow down the absorption of the protein and provided you stay within your calorie and meal requirements it doesnt affect you fat burning goals. this is true when it is a given that the rest of your diet and training are in check of course.
