    question about bulking sticky?

    hey guys i was wonderin in meal 3 of the bulking sticky it says 1 1/2 cups of brown rice so i was wondering is that uncooked or cooked? and in general when u look up nutrient values of rice are they talking uncooked or cooked? thanks

    On the back of bags of rice, measurements usually have (dry) in parentheses.

    Dunno what is meant in other areas though. I always use the dry measurements on the back of the bags.

    Ditto......but the ammounts I listed in the sticky were all cooked

    Word, I hear ya on that , but when he said nurtrient values in general (like bags, sites, etc) I found it's usually dry.

    I wish bags and all references would list cooked, it's much easier that way!!!!!

    Thanks usually the rice that is bought and brought into the house is usually bought in bulk.
