    2 pwo questions

My pwo shake consists of 90g dextrose and 45g of whey isolate. So far I have been keeping the amounts constant, regardless of the muscles trained. I have it about 5 minutes after my last set.
    1. While maintaining the 2:1 ratio, is it a good idea to increase or lower the amounts depending on the muscles trained (ie. increase it for legs)?
    2. Does the pwo shake benefit primarily the muscles you just worked, or the muscles from the previous day?
    Thanks

It benifits the muscles worked (otherwise you would be told to workout all week and then have a PWO, makes no sense exactly), you have a 45 minute window to get your PWO shake consumed.

I take mine 15 minutes after usually.

I see no reason to drop/increase the amount depending on the muscle worked...you are using your PWO to get the protein into the muscle regardless which muscle it is...

    This is my 2 cents...

I don't do it, pretty sure you don't need to.

The key is to train about the same amount of muscle mass each time once you know your appropriate pwo amounts.

Makes no sense to do fore-arms/calves and slam the same drink you'd slam if you did legs or chest.

No I don't, I was using that as an example of volume, or lack there-of.
