bulking diet paln
I am currently 6' 1" 205 Ibs at 10-12% bf and starting my first cycle next week.I'm just trying to get my diet in order, currently my macronutrient totals are as follows
403 g Protein
468g Carbohydrates
119g Fat
Does anyone think I should add more carbs? lower fat? any opinions thanks

Protein = 1~1.5 g/lb bodyweight ~ 300g
Carbs = 3 g/lb ~ 600g
Bring fat down to 90 - 100, or else you'd look like an egg

I suppose it'd be key to know what the substances in the cycle are, and what foods you meet your macros above with and where.

i will be running 500mg of omnadren /wk for 12 wks and 35 mg of d-bol/day for 4 wks with 20 mg of novaldex for the first 4 weeks then 10 mg and then back to 20 mg for pct(with clomid of course). My calories will be coming from whole wheat bread/pasta, whey shakes, tuna, lean steak, chicken, turkey, oatmeal, milk, cottage cheese, brown rice.. all the good stuff. thanks

I meant to lay out your schedule for days you train, days you don't, what the meals are, where they are placed, etc. No biggie, seems like you have it all planned already.
