    I just dont get you guys, man!!!

    alright bros, here's another one: if I'm 180 lbs then I need around 450 carbs/day, so according to you guys I need 3 carb meals/day. that means I'd need at least 150 carbs per meal. wouldn't this s h i t cause a massive insulin spike, as opposed to having only 75 carbs for six of my seven meals a day?
