Fast food that's healthy?
Grilled chicken salad/Grilled chicken without the bun would be your best bet, usually they grill the chicken the same grill as they grill the beef, so it may absorb some hamburger greese...
Is there a supermarket nearby where you can pick up some deli turkey slices?

At the McD's I worked at we grilled the chicken on a separate grill than the burgers. They are the only healthy thing at McD's too.

If they have two seperate grills, which most wendys do, they grill them yea on the same grill, but in a different spot, no grease gets on the seperate spot, if the hamburgers get close to that spot they will get over cooked because of the high temps on that side, grilled chicken side...

Why are you eating protein alone? Pro/fat or pro carb!
