post cardio meal
ay guys, while cutting, what is the best meal to have right after cardio to maximize fat loss? pro/carb or pro/fat? i don wanna lose any muscle, so please help me out here guys!

Pro/fat after cardio. thats it, or wait 45 min. You can still get down in bf% having carbs after but it will take longer, and you'll plateau
now SHUT UP
