alright, tell me if im right here guys!

while cutting, it is ok to have a pro/fat meal immediately after cardio.

but if i want a pro/carb meal then i must wait 45 min after cardio?

i mean i got down to 5%bf this year and i always had a pro/carb meal right after cardio?

sounds right........ but you might be able to get away w/ it since you said you were 5% bf eating all those carbs........
