    Green veggies PPWO?

Usually I eat a chicken breast with marinade and some pepper and a baked potato with I can't believe it's not butter spray and pepper PPWO (about 30-45 min after my workout).

I am trying to include some greens in my diet as I was told you should include them. Would it be good if I ate either creamed spinach, green beans, or broccoli with my chicken breast INSTEAD of the baked potato? Or should I alternate them every PPWO day (one day eat the potato with the chicken breast and the next day eat the veggie with the chicken breast)?

If not with the PPWO what meal would veggies be appropriate?

What benefits does including veggies in your diet serve?

fiber slows digestion, you don't want to slow your ppwo meal down...

yea don't have veg in ppwo. When I work out early in the day I have my ppwo and have another pro carb for my next meal after that but I throw in a good amount of veggies with it to slow it down

if you wanna increase your green veggie intake just do it at other meals....the small amounts of carbs from one or two servings of greens will not spike insulin and make the fat get stored.
