    Help me loose 10% BF

    Hi Guys!

    I want to loose 10% bodyfat in 6 weeks, but I need a diet that works fast.

    Im currently on chicken fillets and fish diet, what can I change and still loose weight?

    Please if someone has a diet that will reduce my bf% from 15-5% in 6 weeks please help me out.

    That is not important, I got alot of muscle so if i loose a couple kg's of muscle....its ok.

    The main thing is that i must loose 10%BF in 6 weeks

    Why do you need to do this? Whatever you decide on won't be healthy..

    Relatively impossible.

    I've no sound advice for an unrealistic approach such as this. Lean mass loss is always a concern, being that muscle IS your metabolism. Plan earlier, lose the fat slower, you'll be glad you did. Even if you STARVE yourself to lose "weight", you'll lose lean muscle FIRST, then fat after, so your bodyfat is not really going to go DOWN all that much, but the lean mass will. So, you're shooting yourself in the foot.

    holy **** bro that is going to be really hard. only advise is use the cutting sticky./
    it worked very very well for me. an just take a really good fat burner.

    NOT that i am recommending it, but the only way i could think to lose even close to that much weight in that amount of time would be a very harsh DNP cycle.

    Even then i dont think it would be possible without totally destroying your build! Wow fvck that, i'd rather get down to around 10% in that amount of time, and retain all(or most) of my muscle mass. IMO you'd look better at 10% with your muscle retained than you would 5% with no muscle at all!

    is this a wind up? 10% - i would say 50% to 40% possible but not 15%-5%
    the only thing i can think is that this dude has met a girl on the net and claimed to be ripped to the bone....and now she is turning up to meet him for real and he has to back up his claims!!!
