you guys are confusing the **** outta me!
alright bros, if the way to gain lean mass is having only 3-4 meals w/ carbs per day, then why do pros like ronnie, jay, gunter and kamali have carbs with almost every single meal? i mean, jay has carbs with about 10 of his 11 meals a day in the offseason, so what the f u c k are you guys talking about? whay would it be any different for guys like us? it doesn't make any fvckin sense!!!

guys calm down... when i came here i didn't know anything either and ate like a "pro" too....
(but you should really have read the stickies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! you could of course do what the pros do, but most of your gains will be fat, like sc said, look at how much ish they take............)
