harris' formula
i got a question regarding the formula. there's a part regarding how active you are. what if i don't do anything besides weight training. then what do i multiply it by? i was thinking multiplying 1.2 since we're not doing aerobic exercise, but isn't weight training intense? so should we multiply it by 1.9 on days we work out?

i lift 3 days a week and do cardio 2-3 days a week so i used 1.55 i'm pretty sure it's based on how much you work out in a week, not how you work out each day. i can't even see way to easily calculate daily differences.
